Samsung Mobile Service Centers in Vasco, Goa

This is to inform that i had brought Samsung Tab4 T2310, JMEI: 352405060374043, dt 21/06/2014 from GJ Electronics Ponda -Goa.
within a month the black lines were on the screen, so i shown to samsung dealer in vasco, it was surprise me that they just took xerox copy of the bill, and told me they will call once the part will come. they did not give any job card no.or complain note to me saying that i came to service center.
Now it has across one month, were every time i go they say that part is not come. now i am worried if the warranty is over, then i will have nothing to prove them that i came to service center and showed the tab.

Kindly look into the matter so that i may able to use the Tab at the earliest .
